Tracking your order
You should receive a tracking email or text from our couriers once your order has been picked up by them. Please check your spam folder as your tracking may appear there.

We currently offer UK wide delivery for certain items using Evri next day service.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. Due to high demand during festive season, there may be delays in shipping especially during periods of inclement weather or industrial action.
Certain items are for pick up only, please check product description for more details.

Due to the nature of shipping wine there can be breakage, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your order number (and pictures if that apply) and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible.
